Terms of Use

These terms explain how KUDOZ can be used. By using the app, you accept them.

The service

KUDOZ helps families turn everyday tasks into quests: parents create quests and rewards, children earn XP and Kudoz (in-app coins) and request rewards. The app is provided by KUDOZ (kudoz.family).

Accounts

• A family account is created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who must be an adult.
• The parent is responsible for the children's profiles, for linked devices and for keeping their password and parent PIN private.

XP, Kudoz and rewards

• XP and Kudoz are game points. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and are never paid out.
• Rewards are defined and given by the parents. KUDOZ does not supply them and is not responsible for them.

Photos and content

Photo proofs and the texts you enter remain yours. You allow us to store and display them only to provide the service to your family. Photo proofs are deleted after the parent's review, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use KUDOZ to store content that is illegal or harmful, and do not try to access other families' data or disrupt the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep KUDOZ reliable, but the service is provided as is and may sometimes be interrupted or changed. To the extent permitted by law, KUDOZ is not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

Ending the service

You can stop using KUDOZ and delete your account at any time (see Delete my account). We may suspend an account that seriously breaks these terms.
