Delete my KUDOZ account

You can ask for your family account and all its data to be deleted at any time.

How to ask

1. Write to contact@kudoz.family from the email address of your KUDOZ account, with the subject « Delete my account ».
2. We confirm the request by email.
3. The account is deleted within 30 days.

What is deleted

• The parent account (email, password, name) and every linked parent account of the family.
• All children's profiles, quests, rewards, points, history and photo proofs.
• Links to children's phones and invitation codes.
• Backup copies, within the same 30 days.

Technical server logs are erased automatically after 14 days.

Without an account

If you use KUDOZ without an account, your data only exists on your phone: uninstalling the app deletes it. Signing out on a phone does not delete the family account.
